Lead the U8–U18 technical framework, coach development, curriculum standards and player pathway for a football academy.
Responsibilities
- Set the long-term technical plan
- Lead and develop the coaching team
- Build player assessment and progression standards
- Manage competition and partner relationships
Requirements
- 8+ years in academy or professional football
- AFC A, UEFA A or equivalent
- Team leadership and curriculum experience
- Ability to work independently in English
